- My strand pertaining to the word "depressing" involves dark unpleasant imagery and thoughts. These words are important to the whole because they help describe and illustrate what a Dystopia might be like.

- Miller frequently uses words such as "unbearable, hostile, confined, despotic..etc" to describe the conditions involved in a Dystopia. A dystopia is supposed to be the worst place your imagination could even fathom but still after all of the dark and horrible things Miller describes, Miller still uses words such as hero and loving and goes into detail on how there are plus sides to such negatives. Miller states in a question that if mistakes and failures lead to utter destruction, but a new better way of life can be achieved from learning from the mistakes, is it really such a bad thing.
