       The primary source that I will be analyzing for unit 3 is Snowpiercer. This movie is set in the future when a climate change experiment goes wrong and causes the whole Earth to freeze. The only people who survive are the ones who were aboard a train called The Snowpiercer when the incident happened. The people on the train develop an unfair class system. The main character, Curtis, leads a group of lower-class people from the back of the train, in a rebellion against the upper-class people who live in the front of the train in order to spread the wealth equally among everyone.
       I chose this movie as my primary source because i thought it reflected many of the themes that we talked about in class this semester. There is a singled-out hero who is isolated or alienated by the new class system and decides to go against it and fight back. There's also a harsh environment that forces them to survive in ways humans haven't before. These factors make up the dystopian setting where everything is terrible.
