1. A mass of people are congregated below a balcony while Immortan Joe addresses them.

2. Observation 1: camera angle - extreme long shot
    Observation 2: camera angle - low; peoples' POV(inferior)
    Observation 3: colors - brown, orange, red
    Observation 4: colors - white water
    Observation 5: dialogue - Immortan Joe call himself a savior (because he has access to water)
    Observation 6: costumes - "citizens" (?) dressed in brown, dirty rags
    Observation 7: camera angle - high; Immortan Joes POV (superior)

    Implication 1: water is clean
    Implication 2: water is rationed
    Implication 3: water is important (only white)
    Implication 4: white = pure/purity
    Implication 5: signifies renewal/rebirth (of system)?
    Implication 6: signifies hope?
    Implication 7: signifies clarity?

4.  In class, we have discussed how environmental issues are prominent in dystopian novels.  The water is significant in this film because it is being rationed to the people.
