By now you should have performed “The Method” on Moylan's, Wolmark’s, and Williams’s articles. Picking two of the three articles, identify at least 3 overlaps in binaries, strands, or repetitions and list them below. This may require that you return to the articles and investigate binaries and strands you haven’t noticed before.

In Moylan, this "social" refers to the social fears and anxieties of society during the 20th century dystopian works and how war, genocide, and governmental control played a part in this. He uses this word broadly as it relates to society as a whole, both men, women, and children in a matter- of- fact way. However, when Williams discusses "social" she discusses the social differences between SF dystopia as it relates to the sexes and feminism. She uses this word in a gender context as it relates to male- female relations in a convincing way. Both authors explore "social" in dystopian contexts that make sense, yet both elaborate on different meanings behind the word.
